Statutory Material on Public Display
Section 73 of the Electoral Acts provides that certain statutory documentation furnished to the Standards Commission must be retained by it for a period of 3 years and made available for public inspection and copying.
In accordance with the provisions of section 73 of the Electoral Acts the statutory documents below are available at the offices of the Standards Commission and may be inspected and / or copied by members of the public. The offices of the Standards Commission are located at 18 Lower Leeson Street, Dublin 2. The offices are open to the public from 9.15 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday and from 9.15 am to 5.15 pm on Friday.
Statutory documentation furnished annually to the Standards Commission
- Annual Donation Statements furnished by Political Parties
- Annual Donation Statements furnished by representatives in the European Parliament
- Annual Donation Statements furnished by members of the Houses of the Oireachtas
- Donation Statements furnished by donors in accordance with section 24(1A) of the Electoral Acts
- Parliamentary Leaders of Qualified Political Parties - Statements of Expenditure of the Party Leaders Allowance
- Qualified Political Parties - Statements of Expenditure of Exchequer Funding received under the Electoral Acts
Statutory documentation furnished to the Standards Commission in relation to a Dáil, Seanad, European or Presidential election.
