Tax Acts Compliance

This section of the website contains the Statutory Declaration forms used by Members of the Houses of the Oireachtas and occupiers of senior positions in the civil and wider public service for the purposes of complying with the requirements of the Ethics Acts in relation to Tax Clearance.

Public bodies should notify the Standard Commission of any appointments to "senior office" as soon as the appointment is made.  The following form should be used for this purpose:
