Members' Statement of Registrable Interest forms

Forms which are used by TDs and Senators for disclosing their registrable interests under the Ethics Acts are produced each year by the relevant Clerk of Dáil or Seanad Éireann following consultation with the respective Committees on Members Interests of Dáil or Seanad Éireann and with the Standards Commission. The forms are issued to Oireachtas Members by the Standards Commission.
