Forms for use in relation to political donations accounts

The Standards Commission has produced the following forms for use in providing statutory information in relation to political donations accounts:

1. Form for use by TDs, Senators and MEPs for 2009.  Completed forms must be returned to the Standards Commission by 31 January 2010.
2. Form for use by the appropriate officers of political parties for 2009 (in relation to the political donations account of party HQ).  Completed forms must be returned to the Standards Commission by 31 March 2010.
3. Form for use by the responsible persons of accounting units of political parties for 2009.  Completed forms must be returned to the Standards Commission by 31 March 2010.
4. Form for use by the responsible persons of third parties for 2009.  Completed forms must be returned to the Standards Commission by 31 March 2010.
