Forms for use by political parties disclosing donations

The following forms for political parties have been produced by the Standards Commission

Forms for use by the appropriate officers of political parties in making their annual disclosures for 2009 under section 24 of the Electoral Acts.
Forms for use by the responsible persons of accounting units of political parties for making the required return in respect of the accounting unit's political donations account for 2009 are also below.

Completed forms must be returned to the Standards Commission by 31 March 2010
