Disclosing Donations

Under the Electoral Acts the Standards Commission is required to produce forms for the annual disclosure of donations by TDs, Senators and MEPs and by political parties.  It is also required to produce Certificate of Monetary Donation forms for use by TDs, Senators and MEPs, by political parties and accounting units of political parties and by third parties in providing statutory information in relation to their political donations accounts.
