Forms

This section of the website contains forms which are currently being used for the purposes of furnishing returns to the Standards Commission under the Electoral Acts, the Party Leaders Allowance legislation and the Ethics Acts. It also contains a form which may be used for the purposes of making an FOI Request to the Standards Commission.

The forms are categorised under the headings "Elections", "Disclosing Donations", "Disclosing Interests", "Tax Acts Compliance" and "FOI Requests" and may be accessed by clicking on the appropriate dropdown heading at the bottom left-hand side of this section.
