The following is some additional advice which the Standard Commission issued to candidates and election agents of candidates at the Dáil general election of 2007

Advice re the free use of vehicles
Advice re use of staff whose salaries are met out of public funds
Advice re advertising on vehicles ("wrapping" of vehicles)
Advice re damaged / vandalised posters
