Subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Acts 1997 and 2003, the Information Commissioner may review FOI decisions of public bodies. Application must be made to the Commissioner in writing. The Commissioner may also carry out investigations at any time into the practices and procedures adopted by public bodies for the purposes of compliance with the Acts.
