Statement on re-use of Information

Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005 (SI 279 of 2005)

The Standards in Public Office Commission (the Standards Commission) complies with the above Regulations on the re-use of Public Sector Information and it encourages the re-use of the information that it produces.

All of the information featured on the website of the Standards Commission is the copyright of the Standards Commission unless otherwise indicated. You may re-use the information on the website free of charge in any format. Re-use includes copying, issuing copies to the public, publishing, broadcasting and translating into other languages. It also covers non-commercial research and study.

In accordance with section 73 of the Electoral Acts certain statutory documentation furnished to the Standards Commission under the Electoral Acts may be inspected and / or copied by members of the public. Re-use of this information is also permitted. Please note, however that whereas re-use of the information on the website is free of charge, section 73 of the Electoral Acts provides that the Standards Commission may impose a reasonable fee for photocopying statutory documents furnished to it. Details of the statutory documents currently available at the offices of the Standards Commission are available in the general publications section of its website.

Information and documents obtained from this website may be reproduced and / or re-used subject to the latest PSI licence available at http://www.psi.gov.ie/. Generally re-use is subject to the following conditions. You must:
